Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns Policy


Hey, we need you to make up your mind within 30 days if you want to keep your item.  If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return & full refund (shipping fess are not refunded), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must be in the original packaging.

Non Returnable Items:

Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

Please do not send item back to manufacturer.

Partial Refunds may be granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.  Approved refunds will have a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

 Late Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, check your original payment method issuer.  Credit cards and banks may take a few days to process the refund on their end before posting it to your account.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be eligible for returns or refunds.  Sales items are excluded from refunds.


We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at:

if you received this as a gift, you will receive a store credit  for the value of your return once we receive the item.
